FAQ: Task List Renaming Changes with v8.7

With Sentry v8.7.112 and newer, Task Lists and Task List Groups can no longer be renamed if they are associated to another policy object.

For example:

• Task Lists associated to a Task List Group cannot be renamed
• Task Lists associate to a Virtual Directory or Content Policy cannot be renamed
• Task List Groups associated to a Virtual Directory or Content Policy cannot be renamed

This change was made to prevent configuration issues caused by Task List policies being renamed, which resulted in the display names of the policies differing from from the internal reference names.

During the upgrade to Sentry v8.7.112 or newer, Task List and Task List Groups that were previously renamed in earlier versions will be updated to sync the display names with the internal reference names. The same process will happen upon import of an older FSX/FSG into v8.7.112 or newer.
