2. Submit a new Request Online or via Email to create a new Ticket

When you submit a new request online, a new support ticket will be created that will allow you to communicate directly with a Forum Systems Support representative. Each support ticket (case) has a unique ticket # you can use to track your issue.

You can also submit a request via email - just email your issue to and a new ticket will be generated for you automatically. You can then update your tickets by simply replying to the email thread.
